Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.

  • No-show or less than 8 hours notice will be required to pay 30% of service prior to booking next appointment with our spa.

  • For Gift Certificates, 30% of the service value will be redeemed.

  • For Pre-paid Packages, one of your services will be rendered or you may pay 30% of the full price of service in order to keep.

Late Arrivals

We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to offer you a shorter service or reschedule your appointment in order to accommodate all of our clients. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can best accommodate everyone. If we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be responsible for 30% of the value of the original service(s).

How to Reschedule or Cancel Appointment

In order to reschedule or cancel your appointment, call 865.230.7113 or you may do so online. Online rescheduled or cancelled appointments will still be required to adhere to the cancellation policy.

Appointment Reminders are Available

We offer email and/or text reminders for your appointments which are sent out approximately 24 hours before your appointment. If you'd like to receive these so you can better remember your appointment, and are not currently set up, just let us know!

MAKING A RESERVATION AND PAYMENT INFO

  • We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. On occasion we are able to take same day and walk-in appointments, but do book up quickly.

  • For sugaring services and series treatments such as chemical peels, we recommend making several appointments in advance to make sure you get the time you need and the best result from your service.

  • For your convenience you may leave gratuities on your credit card or cash when checking out. Please know any gratuity amount is appreciated and entirely up to you, we do not automatically add gratuity to your bill.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and SpaFinder Gift Cards.

  • Hours we are open for reservations: Tuesday - Saturday 10am to 6pm. Sunday & Monday Closed
