Smooth Brazilian Membership
· There will be a one time enrollment fee of $25 when you sign up.
· Each month, your credit or debit card on file will be automatically charged $60.
· Your card will be automatically charged the first day of each month.
· You can pause your membership any time after 3 months. (No reactivation fee will be charged; must reactivate membership prior to the first day of the month to use following month.).
· One Brazilian maintenance will be applied to your account each month.
· Missed a month? No problem, your services will roll over for you to use at your earliest convenience.
· Memberships are not transferable. We do not offer refunds.
· Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
· We require a 3-month minimum, then cancel anytime with a 30-day notice.
· After cancellation, you have 60 days to use any services remaining on your account.
· No refunds allowed.
· Your membership will auto-renew every year, unless you cancel.
