Before Your Visit

We want every visit to feel comfortable, relaxing, and easy. Here are a few helpful things to know before your appointment at Downtown Smooth Spa.

Arrival

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, especially if it is your first visit, so you have time to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in.

Late Arrivals

To respect the appointments scheduled after yours, services must end at their original scheduled time. Arriving late may result in a shortened service.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Preparing for a Facial

You are welcome to arrive with or without makeup. We always begin every facial and skincare treatment with a thorough cleanse.

Your Comfort

For many facial treatments, you have the option to undress to your comfort level or you may choose a comfortable wrap before settling onto our warm, heated treatment table. You will remain appropriately covered throughout your service.
