Rescheduling Your Spa Experience & Reservations

CANCELLATIONS:

  • We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations.

  • No-show or less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the value of the service(s).

LATE ARRIVALS:

We understand that some things happen outside of your control that make you late to your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to offer you a shorter service or reschedule your appointment in order to accommodate all of our clients. Please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can best accommodate everyone. If we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the value of the service(s).

HOW TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS:

In order to reschedule or cancel your appointment, call 865.230.7113 or text 865.505.8044 or you may do so online. Online rescheduled or cancelled appointments will still be required to adhere to the cancellation policy.

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS ARE AVAILABLE:

We offer email and/or text reminders for your appointments which are sent out approximately 24 hours before your appointment. If you'd like to receive these so you can better remember your appointment, and are not currently set up, just let us know!

MAKING A RESERVATION AND PAYMENT INFO:

  • We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. On occasion we are able to take same day and walk-in appointments, but do book up quickly.

  • We do require a credit card when scheduling any future appointments. Please be assured that your credit card information is encrypted and is secure in our software. Please note the card kept on file, will be automatically charged any cancellation fee.

  • For sugaring services and series treatments such as chemical peels, we recommend making several appointments in advance to make sure you get the time you need and the best result from your service.

  • For your convenience you may leave gratuities on your credit card or cash when checking out. Please know any gratuity amount is appreciated and entirely up to you, we do not automatically add gratuity to your bill.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Downtown Smooth Spa Gift Cards, and SpaFinder Gift Cards.

  • Hours we are open for reservations: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm. Sunday & Monday Closed.
